Mainly used for silicone polymerization (free radical) for application on materials requiring a release factor. Ex: paper labels, tape, postage stamps etc … The principle is to polymerize Silicone in an inert space (without oxygen). Oxygen being a barrier to polymerization, our inerting chamber is probably the most compact and the most economical on the market. Polymerize Silicone at speeds up to 500pi / min. using a consumption of just 12 SCFM of nitrogen with a closed-loop control that maintains the residual level of oxygen in PPM (parts per million) to ensure a flawless consistency. All well seated on our idler cooling roll as there is no oxygen in the curing chamber.
