Helios: U.V radiation by L.E.D. The latest technology in UV curing. Powered by Alternating current using a frequency of 10,000 hertz. Our LED offers a peak power of up to 36W / cm2, an energy of more than 2500mW with a wavelength of 385nM. Optionally, we offer the possibility of integrating 365nM wavelength LEDs. All our LEDs are equipped with a system of ” magnifying glasses ” which aim to amplify and focus the UV energy. These ” magnifying glasses ” domes are integrated into each LED group. Each of our heads are based on COB (Chip On Board) technology with a width of 2 ¼ ”. Although very robust and well protected by ” magnifying glasses ” and quartz plate, in case of breakage or defect each section can be replaced in less than 15 minutes by an electrician. No need for a Phidastien technician on site, minimum downtime, Phidastien brings all the advantages without the disadvantages of this new technology.
